I have spent my life surrounded by flowers, beginning my career as a florist and owning my own flower shop in Auckland before moving north and working for various florist businesses.
My passion for painting, particularly floral designs in oil and watercolour, naturally led me to create Flowery - a brand where my love of flowers and art come together. Now working from my beachside studio, I draw inspiration from the coastal environment as well as my experience with flowers, infusing my designs with fun, colour and what I call "floweriness."

Christina's creative process begins with her artwork, whether it’s a vibrant floral piece, a serene landscape or a delicate pencil drawing.
Working with oil paint, acrylic or pencil she pours her passion into every brushstroke and sketch, bringing her artistic vision to life.
From these original works, her designs are transformed into beautifully crafted products that add charm and personality to gifts and homewares. Inspired by nature, particularly the coastal beauty surrounding her beachside studio, Christina’s work captures the essence of florals and landscapes in a way that feels both timeless and joyful.
With a deep love for art, fashion and home décor, she finds immense fulfilment in seeing her creations evolve from canvas to carefully designed products, each infused with colour, elegance and her signature “floweriness.” Every piece she produces reflects her commitment to quality, creativity and the joy of bringing art into everyday life.
