We look for the finest craftspeople for each of our products. As a result, we work with manufacturers all over the world. We currently work with manufacturers in New Zealand, India and China.
All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are typical in a residential home.
Absolutely! At checkout, you can enter the recipient’s shipping address, we will send the gift directly to them. You can also include a personalised message.
We offer occasional sales and promotions throughout the year. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date on the latest discounts and special offers!
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping on our website, however please contact us direct to get a quote for international delivery. Email: info@flowery.co.nz
Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but please note that once an order is shipped we cannot make changes.
If you forgot to use a discount code during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to apply the discount to your order if it hasn’t already been shipped.
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. We also offer free shipping on orders over $120
